So Sorry

So today I get a great message from my long time friend Sharon asking why I haven't updated this thing... I'm so sorry!!!

It has been madness around the Tanori house with our impending move around the corner and as always in the midst of it all we are bombarded with other trips and now a new addition to our brood. No I'm not pregnant... but we did get a new member to the family in the form of a Tricolor 15 week old Beagle named Champ. :) He is truly such an amazing little pup. He is extremely lovable and just curious as all have it. As of late he's become increasingly daring and wants to jump off of anything and everything to explore some more. Most of the time we need to watch and make sure he doesnt hurt himself cause he throws caution to the wind and goes with the flow!

So we have been traveling a little bit and actually have a few trips coming up! We will be in the west coast starting November 15th and will be there till December 1st. On December 5th we move (you know how we love to crunch our events together! haha). The once we settle in there we will be making our way to FL on December 20th and will be there for the holidays until December 6th. So all you west and east coasters... lets set up some time to meet up! Its been ages.

Other than that, nothing else is really happening. We have been working, working, working. That has been the theme of 2008. I believe the one for 2009 will be rebuilding, rebuilding, rebuilding. Hahaha. As always, keep us in prayer. Lot of things happening that eventually I'll be posting on here.. just not comfortable sharing publically right now.

With God

So as some of you have heard, we have backed out of the home in PA. It was the right decision. The house as perfect as it was, just wasn't for us. We want to realllllly be sure about PA before we commit to PA. The moment we did it, we felt a huge weight just lift off our shoulders. So now we are still here in NYC and enjoying the time we have here. Our place is being seen by just about everyone... haha... so far 2 bids have come in, not very good ones, but it's still good to see people interested. We aren't in any real rush, so we arent freaking out, we are actually pretty relaxed. So thank you for the prayers! :)

This morning I got to work early because I have a presentation to do in like 20 minutes (I should be going soon!), but I started hearing some music on pandora.com (have you guys checked that site out? if not, do so right after you read this... haha) Anyway... a song by Jonathan Butler came on and just put me in the right frame of mind. It's been one of those kind of day, week, month... haha. Doubt always tends to creep in, but gotta keep believing right?

Well I better get going... my thoughts are starting to trail! Love you guys!

So as of 10:30am today, the seller has accepted our offer on the home in PA!!!!! We are elated! Now its just getting everything done. Please keep us in prayer as there are lots of things happening at once. We will keep you posted.

We Put in an Offer!!

Just an update...we put in an offer for the PA home today!!!! We couldn't be more excited. After filling out tons of forms (memories of our first home rushed right back... lol) we shook our realtor's hand and walked away with a really great feeling. By Monday at noon we should know if they have accepted the offer and from then on we will move ahead. So just help us pray and allow God to just guide us through all of these plans.

House Hunting in PA is Almost Done!

So here in PA again looking at homes and I have to say... I think we have a winner! I dont even want to try and jinx it, but it is simply gorgeous! It has everything we are looking for and then some. Check it out:

Bryan and I are going to look at it again on Saturday and we may... just may put in an offer. Please keep this in prayer. We couldn't be more excited about it. Now its just a matter of selling our apartment. We have several people interested, so hopefully they will get excited too and put in an offer that we can't refuse! :)
Keep us in prayer... as all of these are major decisions that are coming up and coming up quickly.
